Accessing the extension ports

Please suggest the connector part number for interfacing the extension ports.
Also what is port name for the UART? /dev/tty**?
The UART is running at 1.8V. I assume to interface with an arduino, a logic level shifter such as https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/sparkfun-logic-level-converter-bi-directional?utm_medium=cpc&utm_source=googlepla&variant=7493045377&gclid=COLv6bC58dICFRBmGwod6a4CBA
will do, right?

still not connecting. I have tried /dev/ttyTHS1. still not working with the extension UART. This is the correct one?

It seems from the link https://devtalk.nvidia.com/default/topic/949509/how-to-use-the-uart-3-of-tk1-/?offset=8 and https://community.parrot.com/t5/Parrot-S-L-A-M-dunk-Knowledge/Expansion-Connector-Pinout/ta-p/157917, the extension UART is the UART3 in TK1, which should be named /dev/ttyTHS2 in the Linux.

But /dev/ttyTHS2 never exist in the linux. Anyone can help?
