Exif tag descriptions for software versions

Hello,

Is there a list of exif tag descriptions for sequoia single-band images? For example, at version 1.3.0 I have the following tags in a NIR.tif file:

I feel it would be useful to have a documentation of these tags. Also, at which software version was the XMP.Camera.SensorModel tag introduced? The image set I have does not contain that tag and it is needed for reflectance estimation.

Cheers,
Joe

Hi @joemcglinchy

The sensor model tag was introduced for everyone in 1.4.1.

As for the description of the tags, the most useful ones (and probably the ones with the less-obvious names) are described in the application notes published on this forum.

Best regards

thank you @clement.fallet, I suppose you mean the application notes posted at this link:?

I assume the formula provided in the CMOS sensor model note provides correction for dark current and ISO / Shutter speed correction, is that correct?

I contacted sequoia@parrot.com regarding the sensor model tag. I received a reply stating that I should be able to upgrade the firmware to the latest version, capture an image, and use the sensor model tag from that new image on all of my old images. If that is indeed the case then I will pursue that path to process my images captured with firmware v1.3.0

Hi @joemcglinchy

You are perfectly correct, the formula provided in the CMOS sensor model note provides correction for dark current and ISO / Shutter speed correction.

I stand by what has been communicated by email, you can process your old images with the values extracted from the new ones.
