Getting started with the SDK

I’m trying to get going with the SDK, but when I try to build the SDK it’s not finding header files such as (#import libARController/ARController.h). My background is mainly java/javascript so C stuff is new to me! Thanks.

Hello,

I don’t know if you are familiar with compilation as you are new to C, but you need to compile your source (.c) files in order to create an executable. The header files indicate to the compiler that the classes, and functions that you want to use are actually defined somewhere(basically).
The problem here is that your compiler cannot find the header files you have normally downloaded when you downloaded the SDK.
You need to specify to your compiler where the SDK header files are.
Normally the path should be something like “where_you_downloaded_the_sdk”/out/arsdk-native/staging/usr/include
Can you tell me which IDE you are using? There should be some menus where you can indicate to your compiler where to look for the header files.
