The MT7601 is not supported on SLAMdunk:

List of compatible Wi-Fi dongles on:

Hi tba, seconding the OP about WiFi dongles - all 4 WiFi USBs on the list are pretty weak, even the strongest one (EDUP 11N with dongle). I keep losing connection, which causes SLAM to stop working and the drone drifts.

I’d like to try other WiFi dongles. How can we know whether they might be compatible? We are thinking of looking at any dongle with the same driver as the 4 on the list, but are worried about potential weird OS driver issues because of the Parrot wrapper on Ubuntu.

Another option: When we were on a native TK1 development board, we used a different WiFi card on their weird WiFi peripheral port with that worked pretty well. We were thinking we could use the TK1 for WiFi, and connect the SLAMdunk to it. However, our SLAMdunk’s USB-Ethernet port stopped working (it detects available Ethernet connections, but can’t connect to them for some reason). As it’s a hardware issue, I’ve asked Parrot support as well.
