Can the Sequoia be used below tree canopy, to measure/survey below-canopy vegetation? Is the light level in shade sufficient?
I dont't have first hand experience in measuting below canopy tree but I am pretty confident that the camera will capture adequately given the light level.
If anyone on this forum has experience, it is gladly welcomed.
As long as the light on the Sunshine sensor and on the image are the same it should be fine.
Another way of putting it: unless the canopy is homogeneous you will have a bias depending on whether there is light or shade on the Sunshine sensor.
