You can do SSH with putty to access the Parrot S.L.A.M.dunk through USB but not telnet because there is no telnet deamon on the S.L.A.M.dunk. SSH will give you the same access to an interactive shell.
On windows to get the Parrot S.L.A.M.dunk detect correctly by the OS there are several step to follow:
- Connect Parrot S.L.A.M.dunk to the workstation through USB and power it up.
Open the Device Manager and locate the "RNDIS/Ethernet Gadget" device
Right click on the "RNDIS/Ethernet Gadget" and choose "Update Driver Software ..."
Choose "Browse my computer for driver software" and then "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer". Then choose "Network adapters" in the list and click "Next":
Wait a few seconds, then select "Microsoft Corporation" for Manufacturer and "Remote NDIS Compatible Device" for Network Adapter:
Hit Next and click on the "Update Driver Warning Dialog", the Parrot S.L.A.M.dunk should be correctly configured on Windows.
In putty the IP address for the Parrot S.L.A.M.dunk is 192.168.45.1
