Connecting the Dron to simulink

In our program simulink(matlab) ask us for port , subnet mask, gateway and ip adrees. How can we get that information?
Class C subnet
The drone is the gateway.

Hey did you able to connect the drone with simulink? If you do please give me some info on how you do it.
