Flight parameters for RGB image without rolling shutter distortion

I see on the Pix4D FAQ that the Sequoia RGB sensor is a rolling shutter sensor, and that this can cause distortion, due to the drone speed and vibration.
I can’t find information about what speed and altitude to use in order to avoid such distortion (due to speed, vibration will obviously be dependent of the exact drone model).
Do you have any guideline about this?

There is a calculator on the Pix4D website (https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000409383-TOOLS-Vertical-pixel-displacement-calculator), but I would need to know the sensor readout time to use it, and I haven’t found this information either.
