Product: [Bebop/Bebop2]
Product version: Freeflight Pro 4.7.1
Reproductible with the official app: [YES]
Hello,
it is impossible for me to recover my flight data. When using the freeflight Pro application, clicking on ‘send piloting’, I get a message ‘failure sending flight data by email’. Going through the parrot.cloud site, I can’t get my flight history.
I contacted by email Parrot after-sales service and they answer me that it was no longer possible, unless I used the freeflight 6 application with a compatible drone (but freeflight 6 is not compatible with bebop2)
I can retrieve my flight data via the 'airdata.com’ site which manages to recover my flight data (using my login and password). However, I would like to be able to do it by myself, without having to go through a third-party site.
I know that it is possible to recover the flight file in PUD format by closing the freeflight pro application before the drone lands. So that, the file is not transmitted to parrot.cloud upon landing. Afterwards, by connecting to bebop2 via ftp, I can retrieve the PUD file and process it. But, this procedure is not optimal. I would have liked to do it more easily.
Is there a way to recover my flight data either by http or ftp protocol with the login and password associated with my account?
Thanks a lot for your help
