Programming autonomous drone

Hi guys,

I’m looking to program a drone to behave autonomously using a multiple camera system. I’m finding it difficult to find what kind of programming would be used to make this possible. Can anyone help me out and point me in the right direction?

I understand that I will have to use a Raspberry Pi or something similar, but I’m trying to find out what kinds of languages/methods would be needed to make this possible.
