Sphinx 0.28 is released!

Important note: As of this version, Ubuntu Bionic (18.04 LTS) is supported, while Ubuntu Wily and Trusty are withdrawn. For bionic, you need to use the latest firmware versions available on http://plf.parrot.com/sphinx/firmwares/index.html. These have been regenerated for this purpose.
