Anafi AI: Problem with GPS synchronisation, including lost connections to the satellites

Dear support team,

I would like to ask you for your support for the following Problem with GPS synchronisation, including lost connections to the satellites:
We have been testing BVLOS flights for a few days with both our Anafi AI drones (purchased and loaner).
The mission we are developing is 100% dependent on correct GPS data as it operates beyond visual range.
Since moving from the simulator to the real world, we have been experiencing problems with GPS synchronisation, including lost connections to the satellites.
We know that GPS quality can vary greatly depending on the location, so we ran tests where a standard smartphone running a GPS app collected data in parallel with the drone, and documented this in a series of videos.
We identified the problem with the both Anafi AI drones (purchased and loaner) in different locations (Frankfurt and Bad Harzburg in Germany).

We conclude that the Anafi AI performs worse than the smartphone. The smartphone’s GPS usually detects more satellites than the drone’s, and it does not have longer interruptions.

What could be causing this problem?

We will continue to collect data on this.

Best
