Hi I’m using a windows laptop and have so far been able to receive RTSP video from an Anafi via USB.
My application is written in C++
The next stage is to receive telemetry, then start sending control commands.
Am I correct that I would be able to use the MavSDK to achieve this?

We have a simple MAVLink implementation on the drone, I am not sure we can understand all commands from MAVSdk.
