When I try to install Air SDK in Ubuntu 20.04 the error displayed in error appears.

I assume that you follow this guide Installation - 7.3 to install AirSDK.
What I see in the screenshot you provided is that repo fails to retrieve the airsdk repositories.
Have you correctly set up your git credentials? Actually you need to have a github account configured with your public ssh key.
