Direct Mavlink v1.0 to Anafi Ai

I am unable to bind to IP:192.168.42.1, port:14550 via Mavlink UDP example

May i know how should i connect directly to the Anafi Ai using MavLink?
I can ping and enter the web browser when i enter 192.168.42.1

I can also connect the uav to QGroundControl
