I encountered a bug while trying to install Parrot Sphinx; it failed to fetch https://debian.parrot.com/dists/oracular/InRelease.
Refer to the attached image for clear information.
Sphinx is not compatible with Ubuntu 24.10 (Oracular Oriole).
