How to install sphinx (curl & openPGP problem)

Hi
I am going to install Sphinx, but I am getting the error below, is there some problems on me?
This error is happened when I going to do “curl -fsSL ftp://:@ftp2.parrot.biz/gpg | sudo apt-key add -”
↑myuser and mypassword is replaced to my own

$ curl: (67) Access denied: 530
$ gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found

You need to replace ‘’ and ‘’ with the credentials provided by Parrot. To request credentials, please send an email to developer(at)parrot.com with a comprehensive description of your project.

Should I send myuser and mypassword to developer(at)parrot.com, right?

Can he reply to my email?

Did Parrot already send you credentials (a combination of username and password) to access the FTP server? The simulator is meant for professionals and academic institutions. To receive credentials, Parrot requires that you send us a description of your project first.
