I can't register Parrot Sphinx PPA to my system

I would like to install Sphinx.
but, I don’t know myuser and mypassword with the credentials provided by Parrot.
How can I find out myuser and mypassword?

How should I write the body of the email to send to developer@parrot.com?

I send them a message to them with the subject “application to access parrot-sphinx tool” and at the body, I explained (as a formal letter) them why I want to use their tool. Try to be as clear as water when you describe your project =)
