Is the username and login valid for one system installation only?

Hello, I tried installing sphynx yesterday using virtual machine with my login credentials that were provided but soon found out that it was not a good idea for the VM to handle. I dual booted my system and tried to install it again but I get an error:

Pass failed: server said: Login authentication failed. With my IP.

Does that mean I have to get a new login again or?

Did you get the username and password credentials? How much time did they took to send those credentials?
