No GPS in Drone and remote cotroller

Yesterday arrived a second hand drone from Germany to me

When i connected to remote controller i had a message that the battery needed updated

After the update i started to test it and i found that there where no GPS found on drone as on the controller too

I have change the remote from my old Anafi and happens the same no GPS to drone and remote controller

three phones and three cables also changed … nothing all phones on the map of the free flight was working perfect

Can anyone tell me what is wrong? …Is it possible to make an update even the same version on Anafi by computer? i am on a dead end

Dealing with the GPS issue on your drone sounds like difficult. Because you have tried many phones; cords; and even swapped remotes with no success.
it could be a firmware or software issue. It is conceivable that the update procedure did not go smoothly, compromising GPS capability. Even if the firmware on the drone and controller is the same version; you should try updating them again.
