Hello is it possible to test Olympe and sphinx simulator on Mac or window computer.
I didn’t find any information other than Linux installation procedure.

No. Olympe and sphinx are for Linux only.
May be you can try with WSL on window10 (for Sphinx installation). I heard that someone on here has done it in successfully. 
Thank’s Jerome for your answer. So the only possibility is to install Linux environement on my Mac ?
No virtual machine
No WSL
Only native Linux 
VMWare on Win10 works fine for me for sphynx
