I have an issue with the following security command for the Air SDK: ./build/dragon_buildext_mission/manage_keys.py --add-key fm-provider-public-key.pem

I get the drone serial number, but it is not possible to connect with accounts.parrot.com (see screenshot).

Hi,

If you are connected via wifi to the drone, verify that your PC is still connected to the internet via another link and that you don’t have a network manager that mess up the name resolution.

One quick check is to ensure that you can browse a site wile connected to the drone before issuing the command (checking in the browser https://accounts.parrot.com for example)

Thank you for your response. My laptop is not connected to the internet, if I am connected via wifi to the drone. Do I have to connect my laptop via ethernet instead of wifi?
