I’m using Pix4DCapture and Agisoft Metashape to create orthomosaics of vegetated surfaces. I’d like to be able to overlay a mesh of actual surface temperature values. The controller screen in thermal absolute mode allows the cursor to display the actual temperature values, so clearly these data are being captured. How can the actual temperature values be mapped? Thanks!
