Sphinx timeout while setting up

Hi,

I’m getting timeout while trying to setup for installation described on Installation procedure - 2.3

curl -fsSL ftp://:@ftp2.parrot.biz/gpg | sudo apt-key add -
curl: (28) server response timeout
gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found.

Are there any connection issues?
