My team and I were taking pictures with the drone via the FreeFligth6USA app. We noticed that there is a thermometer on the left side of the screen which allows to change the temperature threshold. Is that temperature normalized, or what are the units? ( We did not find any info in the documentation).
Besides, we tried to reach out to the manufacturer but we have not heard back from Parrot. Is there a phone number of email that we could reach out to facilitate communication and get technical support?
The Anafi USA uses a non-radiometric thermal camera, so the temperature value is not absolute. You can find this information in the Anafi USA white paper (page 16)
