We have an original Anafi FPV kit (2020), a Mambo, and a SWING system we use for educational purposes. Will any/all of these systems transmit aircraft position and/or other state parameters via MavLink protocols? If so, how would we configure each/any of these systems to transmit this data from port 14450?

Only Anafi supports Mavlink protocol. I think you can get telemetry values (e.g. with QGroundControl).
