Unable to install parrot-sphinx

I’m trying to install parrot-sphinx on Ubuntu 22.04 and I get this error when I do sudo apt-get update

Is It a server issue or it is a issue with my setup?

Do you still see this issue? As stated in the error message, there may have been a sync in progress during your request.

Now there is no issue. Thank you
